My phone camera started acting up about a week, week and a half ago. This message keeps popping up. I've tried resetting my camera settings, clearing the cache, I've run diagnostics, made sure my phone is up to date, restarted my phone-- everything I could think of, and still no fix. Has anyone else had this issue?? It's JUST my rear camera.

I would contact Samsung support or take to a repair center

Load the safe mode and check if the camera works. If yes, then a third-party app is controlling your camera. Start to uninstall any recent apps you installed one by one.

Hi @Kerucchan thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I see your camera app isn't working, and I know that's super frustrating. I would be happy to provide another step you can try. While I do agree With @-CROW- and @meself, if safe mode doesn't work before taking it to a service center, I would I do a factory reset first. 

Before you do the reset make sure that you back up your device beforehand so nothing is lost.
