Is anyone having issues where their notifications are piled up in the background and the phone will only alert you all at once when you touch or wake the phone? I have turned off all background restrictions and battery optimization options and still can't figure it out.

Heyyy. This issue is basically caused by Samsungโ€™s aggressive battery optimization software, which forces your apps into a deep sleep to save power whenever your screen is off. To fix it, head into Settings, Device Care, Battery, Background Usage Limits and make sure your important apps are added to the "Never Auto Sleeping Apps" list. You should also toggle off "Adaptive Battery" in that same menu, since that system-level AI can preemptively cut your connection to save juice while the phone is idle. Let me know if this works for you!

Those settings were already set. I'm still having the same issue unfortunately.

Apparently, this is becoming a rampant issue. I see multiple posts regarding delayed or slowed notifications on this site. I started experiencing delayed push notifications from my home security cameras then spread to other apps including Outlook. Currently, multiple app notifications are held in the background until the phone is unlocked. Is Samsung aware and working on a fix? I've tried all the battery tweaks with no change. All notifications were operating normally until two weeks ago.

Unfortunately, I've had to completely disable doze mode to receive timely notifications. Definitely a hassle. Hopefully Google/Samsung are aware and developing a fix.

You will need to use adb command which is not an easy task. Many steps and I apologize but don't feel comfortable giving all the instructions. Maybe a moderator here can help or use AI to research the best way for you. Thanks for understanding.
