I have my privacy display turned off but I have condtions for turning on display toggled on. Now as we know its not the best experience using privacy display especially on video calls so I tend to turn it off when I come home. Recently, I tried to setup home mode, to turn off privacy display off every time I reach home but to my surprise, "conditons for turning on" overrides the modes' turn privacy display off setting or it is more likely to consider privacy display and condtions for turning on privacy display two different settings. And surprisingly, Modes and routines doesn't have option to turn off the "conditons for turning on" in peivacy display. Its borderline frustrating that I'm able to automate stuff but not really the things that will actually make my life easier. So if anyone from samsung reads this, please address this issue and provide a fix which doesn't involve downloading third party apps because we all know how we feel about sharing data with more and more companies.
Might be better off creating a routine rather than a mode, more flexibility for starting and ending the routine. In either one, though, the conditions reverse when the mode or routine ends, even if if there is no specific reverse command. You can create the mode to turn on privacy screen and have that mode end when you reach home, rather than have two separate modes that conflict with each other, oy you can just manually turn off the mode. Only one mode can be avtive at a time, but several routines can run at a time as long as they don't conflict.
