Normally, I would be a beta for one ui 9, but I don't have this. I use s26ultra.

Locked or unlocked?  Who's your carrier.  Betas are  only available to factory unlocked phones or phones locked to T-Mobile.  If neither of these are true, then you cannot join the beta.

You must have a factory unlocked or T-Mobile locked device to participate in the beta.

Is the s23+ eligible i think my phone is unlocked but i know for sure i have t mobile
