Hey everyone. I have the S26 Ultra and I have a bluetooth issue where the pairing code does not populate on my phone. It will say on the car what the code is and to check my phone to make sure it matches but it never appears. This then leads me to being unable to connect my phone to the car. I work at a car dealership and I connect my phone to cars to showcase features but I can't connect! I got it by trading in my s23ultra through my phone provider. For 4 weeks I was going back and forth between Samsung and my cell phone company to figure it out. After trying everything they deemed i need a replacement. Yesterday I received the new phone and I am still having the same problem. I have tried on different cars, years, brands you name it. My coworkers can connect their phone just fine but I don't get the pairing code there for I can't connect. Samsung has remote accessed both phones and tried and seen everything. I am beyond frustrated cut I don't have my s23 to go back to and it's been around a month and I don't have any answers. Please help ๐
Oh and if the devi w I want to connect too does not need a pairing code than I can still connect to those devices. Like headphones for example. It's specifically bluetooth pairing codes that's is where the issue lies.
