Requested Feature: Allow users to select a subjective rating for their sleep as an additional metric set. It would be an optional set of three metrics - body energy, mental energy, and overall sleep quality.
Purpose: Allows users to track what health habits and sleep patterns promote their optimal states.
Provides longitudinal information where you get good actual sleep but you can see your energy of body and mind wearing down from life. You might have gotten an 85 sleep score 10 days in a row but you see your mind and body not recovering so you take a rest day.
I will have a sleep focus for the rest of my life because of health status and knowing both health rating and a cross section of what I believe makes me functional would be highly beneficial.
Example: Heavy lift day at the gym after 5 days of workouts, the next day is a day off and joints and muscles are heavily fatigued. You get an 83 sleep score because "too much" (26%) of your sleep was deep sleep. You wake up thinking "I feel amazing, that had to have been like a 97, wow".
