Galaxy watch 4 causing pain on wrist

Hi, I've recently purchased a Galaxy Watch 4 (Model: SM-R860) and it has been causing pain on my wrist. There is this nerve aching sensation each time I put it on. I tried to loosen it but still hurt. The pain escalate to my elbow and sometimes fingers. Please advise. Thank you.
