Manual Routines not running from watch

I have a GW8 Classic and a Fold 7.

The routine(manual) runs from my phone. But when I start it from my watch through the Settings, it does nothing. And when done from the Tiles, it says "Couldn't run routine. Try again later."

Routines do not apply to watches.  Modes do.
