Has anyone else had a bad experience with getting a device repaired? I sent my watch in on Tuesday and got an email saying that its being shipped back uprepaird and samsung just wont give me a reason or a resolution. Im wondering if im just being impatient, but its under warranty and I jave samsung care on the device. Do yall have any experience with this?
