Each instance of factory resetting my Galaxy Watch, which regrettably occurs with notable frequency, and subsequently restoring from a backup, does not fully reinstate the prior configuration. I consistently find myself needing to uninstall pre-loaded applications such as Global Goals, Microsoft applications, and other previously removed software.
Furthermore, I am repeatedly required to re-download GBoard and re-establish it as the default input method. The organization of my folders also necessitates manual reconstruction. The only element that consistently remains intact following a restore is my selection of watch faces.
Given the capabilities of modern backup systems, particularly those available for smartphones, it would be highly beneficial if a comprehensive backup solution, preserving all settings and configurations, could be implemented for our watches.
