Galaxy WatchThis is my 7th Fold and probably 7th Watch. This is the first time I have experienced a faulty algorithm. I have reset the Watch ULTRA 2 as well as gone into the store to run diagnostics. (Come to think of it, is there a separate diagnostic for software?) I get the watch primarily to track my sleep. Maybe the ULTRA 2 sensor is too sensitive? Anyways, it seems to record the amount of sleep OK. But it won't count the "real" time that I was asleep as it mostly accords an hour or so less - e.g. Sleep = 6 hours but "actual sleep" is only 5 hours. Tech said I should manually record the sleep to "force" the algorithm to recognize. Once the automatic measurements had recorded, I couldn't manually override it. So I had to delete it. Maybe this is what she meant. So I presume changing the watch will not help as it is still the same algorithm. What to do?
