Galaxy WatchI know this is annoying. If factory resetting the watch is not successful, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky Please include the model code and the serial number or IMEI number of the watch.

Galaxy WatchMy touchscreen just stopped responding. I've tried rebooting and factory setting with no luck. Side buttons work but I can't pair my phone again without the touchscreen.
