Hey everyone is anyone having trouble with watch active 2 touch screen not responding ?

I try rebooting, and is not doing anything 
HELP PLEASE

I know this is annoying. If factory resetting the watch is not successful, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. Same here. mine went out a few months ago, came back to working and now is out again.

My touchscreen just stopped responding. I've tried rebooting and factory setting with no luck. Side buttons work but I can't pair my phone again without the touchscreen.
