Watch UI9 Beta

Has anyone heard anything about when the next watch beta will come out? I would really like to participate in it. I did the 8.5 beta with my s25 ultra and now the 9 beta ok n my s26 ulta but I've never in a part of the watch betas. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything.

Samsung has released their new version of Samsung Health. One catch - it says to use some of the features you must be running UI 9. Did somebody get the horse before the cart?

Here is a surprise . Since I posted that last note the references within Samsung health about UI 9 have disappeared. Big brother was listening and scrubbed it so it is running and the "9" word has dusapoeared.

I'm starting to think the App Store put up a beta version of health by accident. They did take out the comment about needing UI9 to run some options but it is also trying to get me to buy a Watch 8. I just bought one and it is connected to my phone and Health and it doesn't see that, even though it is connected to the watch. We'll at least health is running and it looks like a lot up good medical stuff has been added.

My situation is similar where it is telling me that I need the One UI 9 on my Samsung watch 8, but because I have it paired to a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, I cannot get the necessary update. In my case, it wants me to upgrade the phone. But it seems like we're all getting different information depending on our hardware.

Samsung Health still makes reference to watch one ui9 but has has been chugging along without the upgrade. They appear to be making some changes without the update as the app keeps changing appearance. But there is a hardware change they still need to address. I am thinking the July 22 device announcements might be the time it happens for S26 but others will have to wait. I have a S23 and will eventually get upgraded but it looks like later in the year.
