Not receiving verification code texts with third-party apps

Im not receiving verification code through text. I have a samsung zfold. I have done restarting the phone, clearing cache, resetting mobile network. I even called my carrier (Verizon) and was told there is nothing they are seeing on their end that is causing the problem. I was able to receive a verification code from verizon but not orher 3rd parties. I had this issue in the past 2 weeks. Unfortunately, some apps only ask for text verification as their only option. Is there another option or solution to this issue?

Do apps have permissions to make a phone call?

Some does not have that option unfortunately

Clear App Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage and tap Clear Cache. [
Enable Premium SMS Access: Go to Settings > Apps > [Tap the three dots menu] > Special Access > Use Premium Text Messaging Services and set it to Allow for your messaging app.
Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds than off

I did all of those and still not getting any verification code through text

Yes I am. The last time I got a verification text was sept 2 from 3rd parties. I did receive a verification code from Verizon today when I was on a call with them assisting me with my issues. But no luck at the end.

I would just to double check in messages settings that the otp setting is on deletes after 24 hours and top rcs chat tap that and by your number should show green

I finally figured it out! I turned on allow Bixby and text on galaxy devices and now I am able to get verification code. 😊
