Hello,

Can anyone please tell me how to delete the "instant play" game icons in my Gaming Hub, where it lists a lot of games all sorted by "last played"?? It seems I can only delete the icons of games that I downloaded from the Play Store, but not the games that launch automatically to play! If I don't like a game, I try to delete those, but the Gaming Hub won't let me! I am getting too many instant game icons, and hate scrolling just to find a game icon I want to play! Please help!
Thank-you in advance! :-))

I figured it out. You have to go into My Games screen where it shows all games, then press on each one to remove from Hub.

You can turn off the gaming hub. Aren't there settings in the hub?

I don't have a My Games hub. Where did you find it?

Those โ€œinstant playโ€ game icons in your Gaming Hub canโ€™t usually be deleted because they arenโ€™t actually installedโ€”theyโ€™re shortcuts to play instantly. You can try hiding them by long-pressing an icon to see if โ€œHideโ€ or โ€œRemove from listโ€ appears. Another option is to filter the Hub to show only installed games, which removes instant games from view. You can also turn off Play Instant suggestions in Google Play Store settings: Profile โ†’ Settings โ†’ General โ†’ Notifications โ†’ disable โ€œTry Instant Games.โ€ Finally, clearing the Gaming Hubโ€™s cache or storage can reset recent activity, reducing clutter.
