The Galaxy Store. I wish I saved a screenshot. It sounded crazy to me, so I reiterated what they said and they confirmed it 🤷🏾‍♀️

I've tried to request from Samsung and from the game developer. They are sending me back & forth to each other. I'll have to figure something out w/the bank. Thanks, everyone

I am sorry you haven't been able to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Samsung customer service is sometimes less than stellar, especially when it comes to refunds. Contacting your bank is your last recourse. I hope they help you.
