Kitchen and Family HubAfter only a couple of years of use (of course just after warranty expires), I can't run the microwave under any of the preselect options (popcorn, defrost, reheat...). When I do it shuts off after about 10 seconds and give an error code 10. Looked it up and it has something to do with a gas sensor. Tech came out and said it needed the main board replaced at a cost of about $800. It still works in cook time mode. Also the stencils on the control panel are all peeling off. Very poor quality. I expected much more from Samsung.

I can definitely understand the frustration of not being able to use all the great features on this model. Since you are out of the manufacturer warranty, the cost of repair would be your responsibility. You do have the option of using the following link to locate an authorized service center in your area, or to use a different service center of your choosing. http://www.Samsung.com/us/support/service/location
