I was DEAD WRONG.

The stove stopped working after 3 months.   It turns out a breaker tripped.

I didn't know that my house had two breakers.  I checked the internal breaker, but the external breaker was the one that tripped.  I didn't know there was one out in the back of my house.

While I wish that a 10 day service turnaround would have been shorter, I would like to apologize to Samsung for my anger.  I was at fault, you were not.  This was my mistake, not yours.

Hi there! We really appreciate you sharing this insightful feedback. I'm sure many people aren't aware there could be more than one breaker in their home. We also definitely understand how frustrating it is when an appliance is not working as it should. We're very glad to hear you were able to get this resolved, and hope you'll continue loving your stove for a very long time. Samsung is happy to be part of your home.
