I am very frustrated with the Samsung bespoke vacuum cleaner....the vast majority of the time it does not empty on its own......most of the time I have to manually it into the trash can. I have no idea what to do.
Aren't vacuums supposed to be emptied manually? Do they make a self emptying vacuum?
OK. Just looked at the product detail, it does say self-emptying, but wouldn't you have to ultimately empty the cleaning station bin? Are you sure you are mounting it correctly in the stand. There must be some kind of latch that indicates it's seated correctly in the holder to empty the debris catcher, because I can see it not emptying if it's not securely in place (wouldn't want to get that stuff all over the place).
