I purchased a refrigerator in April 2021 and configured the smart hub to the rest of the house. Since i've owned it, the screen would "click" and navigate itself. I've contacted support and they were not able to assist. I've performed 2 factory resets and recently, the screen would navigating itself and seems to be under remote control. I have video on one occasion of the screen navigations. Anyone else seeing strange things on their family hub navigating themselves?

If available can you send me the video you have? If you will, please shoot me a private message with that along with your name, street address, Best contact number, email, and the full model and serial to the fridge.
