Hello Members_nMbyKKD,

We're sorry to hear about the interior lighting and temperature concern you've expressed, and it would be our pleasure to assist. It's important to ensure the fridge is getting the proper electrical circuit. Please ensure the power cord is not damaged, and the wall outlet connected is functioning.

We understand you've stated the lights are blinking, are you hearing a bleeping notification as well with the blinking? If you're hearing bleeping during this time; it indicates the cause is the doors to the refrigerator not being properly closed or closing.

The doors not closing properly can also affect the effectiveness of the refrigerator maintaining temperature. However, you do recommend lowering the temperature settings on your Refrigerator as a solution. The ideal temperature for our Refrigerator is approximately 3 ยฐC (37 ยฐF) and -18 ยฐC (0 ยฐF) for the Freezer.

Finally, we suggest if the fridge's display or lighting is still blinking 28 hours after having adjusted the temperature, visit our Support Center to request service. You can use this link to proceed with service https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number.

Be sure to click " โœ“ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
