KitchenHello, I am looking for a response from Samsung for this question. I clean my autofill pitcher from my beverage center regualry so make sure there is no mold. I also gently sanitize the black rubber spigot where the water comes out of. Should i be worried about mold on the other side of that black spigot? How would i clean it? The water is filtered before it travels through that tube.

KitchenHi, IMD1, Thank you for providing the photo showing what's happening. We understand your concern that there may be mold inside the dispenser for the auto-fill pitcher.
We researched for more information, and cleaning the auto-fill pitcher's housing to remove any mold is the troubleshooting steps we would suggest.
To investigate anything in the internal components of the pitcher housing service would be needed.
If you would like to proceed with service, please feel free to reach out via one of these methods:

KitchenHello IMD1,
we would love to assist with your maintenance inquiry for the water pitcher, if possible. Getting started, we suggest after performing the necessary maintenance cleaning steps to dry it off with a towel before reinstalling the water pitcher in it's housing. We would to review this concern further, and we ask if you can provide an image of the area in reference?
We look forward to your follow-up.
