We’ve had our NSE6DG8100MT for about six months, and today I just discovered that the porcelain coating has chipped under one of the racks, on both sides. We’ve never been rough with it in anyway, and I think the heaviest thing we’ve ever cooked in it was a two-pound ham.
I’m worried that this will continue to deteriorate and, from what I’ve read online, this will prevent us from being able to use the oven’s steam clean setting.
What should I do?

Porcelain coating in ovens are to withstand extreme conditions, and signs of chipping should definitely not be occurring.
If you only had the oven for 6 months you need to Contact samsung immediately to file a warranty claim.
