Promotions cannot submit a ticket for range

Has anyone else had difficulty in submitting claim for promotion associated with new induction range. I supplied every email correspondence received from Samsung online sales with regard to purchase and delivery and still claim is denied. Promotion team states information on delivery date not there yet provided email confirming delivery to them.
