This whole thing about Samsung is bad, worst customer service , worst product, I ordered Rand closer 3k which is defective. The I opened a repair ticket, still waiting to be fixed, I asked to return it for a refund for defective item , they keep saying you canโt, this worst experience of my life. I should gone with what people said about Samsung product and their customer service.
