Has anyone ever had their smart hub like this and have a solution? I've reset the TV and reset the smart hub and several other ways but it's still like in the picture.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. To better assist, could you please provide the full model number for your TV? Also, during the initial set up process, were you able to agree to the terms and conditions for the Smart features? Lastly, are you having any other issues or symptoms with the TV?

LED and OLED TVsHello , My tv model is UA40HU5900 / UA40HU5920J , During initial setup i can’t agree the terms and conditions , the tv shows "there are some problem , please contact samsung support center for assistance , error code : 0" , Another problem is when I did the smart hub connection test, it failed the (Samsung Panel Apps Test) , other than that there is no problem. Another information is my tv is Up to Date.
