I would think there would be something in the settings for "language". Are you referring to the SAP? Are you hearing program dialog in a language other than English?
Are you going through the original setup of the TV? O are you attempting to change the language after the setup has been completed? If you are going through the original setup, you should see a prompt in one of the pages to select your language.
If the TV has already been set up, and you wish to change the language you would need to go into the settings icon, go to all settings, general and privacy, system manager, then select choose language.
