Voice Guide

Voice guide does not shut off. Even using the accessibility app. Also using the accessibility app captions do not work. I don’t care about the captions. I just want the voice Guide to shut off.

Hi, can you please provide the model number of the TV? Here are some general steps:

Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Turn off Voice Guide.

You can also get to Accessibility Shortcuts and then the Voice Guide menu by pressing and holding the +/- (Volume) button for 2 seconds.

As for the captions, are they just not appearing?
