Yes. Not released and samsung is slow when releasing new updates to their softwares to their flagships.
Beta is actually the one I'm looking for karma I have not been able to find any for the Beta program...

Beta is not available in USA yet! Limited in Germany and one other country can't think of. It should be coming to USA any day to UNLOCKED phones only.
Beta it's out for s10 users note 10 user not out yet also. Keep. In mind note 10 will only b available for unlock no carrier support yet

You can only join Beta if it appears in Samsung Members and then you can join. Then you will receive an update. I have no had the privilege to do so.

I have a Galaxy note 10 + 5G and I filled out something a while back on the Samsung website about being in a Beta program... I have yet to see anything for beta when I log in to my Samsung members area.

Its select members. Dont worry I dont have it either. I think its based on carrier.
