fast wireless charging not working after recent update

After receiving the most recent security update on March 2nd my note 20 ultra has stopped working with my third party wireless charger. For the update it would fast wireless charge, but after the update it will now only charge regularly no fast charging.

Check your wireless charger to ensure it is outputting 10W as that is the minimum requirement of the Wireless Charging 2.0 standard that these devices use, but apparently did not enforce until the March update.

I would like to know also why the wireless fast charge is broken after the February update on my Note 20 ultra. I have 5 wireless charging pads that I use daily, just to make it through the day. After the update the only one that fast charges wirelessly is the one that is made by Samsung. Please fix this quickly.  All of these charging pads worked with fast charge just fine on my Note 9 and Note 20 ultra until the last update.

This is type of horrible customer treatment that had people ROOTING every device back in the day.

Samsung now throttling fast charge for just their brand.

I recommend what someone else said, report this abuse.

I just dropped $70 bucks on a multi device fast wireless charger at the tmobile store and it worked fine until my last update. Is samsung going in the the same direction as the apple?

Same here. I have 2 Seneo wireless chargers for my Note 20 Ultra and BEFORE the update, fast wireless charging worked. Now AFTER the update I get the same "fast charging not supported" on both chargers. What's the deal? I have a Samsung charger that I put away when I got the Seneo, so when I get home I'll see what happens. Anyone else using Samsung charger and getting fast charge?

Same issue. Fast wireless charging broken on my S21 after the update. I have three Ravpower Qi wireless chargers that worked fine until the update.

I have the same issue with an S20+.

If Samsung doesn't come up with an update to fix this issue I'll consider switching for an another brand.

I'm tired of these Apple style gimmicks.
