QLED and The Frame TVs
I have been having problems with ATMOS.
It's very intermittent sometimes and other times, will work fine.
I have:
QN65QN90FAFZXA '24 and '25
QN75QN90FAFZXA '24
HW-650D Soundbar
HW-990F Soundbar
If you experience a problem, which includes no audio, intermittent audio, intermittent audio and then works, with Dolby ATMOS on any streaming service on a Samsung TV and ATMOS enabled soundbar:
1. Turn the TV off. If using a Google TV, ONN dongle or the like, use the dongle's remote.
2. Wait 15-20 seconds after turning the TV off and listen for a click on the TV.
3. Turn the TV on and wait for about 5 seconds.
4. Start your stream and ATMOS should be more stable. It might take a few seconds to stablize and the audio may actual drop out for a second or two.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?
