QLED and The Frame TVsHi, I have a 65" Class The Frame QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV (2020) that I have activated Alexa on.
It allows my wife and I (adults) to use Alexa, however, it does NOT allow kids to use Alexa on the TV. When they try to use Alexa the TV says "Alexa is not set up for kids on this TV" (or something similar to that). I'm not seeing any settings to change to allow my kids to use Alexa on the Frame TV or in my Alexa mobile app.
Can someone point me in the right direction???
