I used the dots for locking my secure folder and I forgot ๐ configuration... funny but now I can't open it... any professional suggestions from Samsung?
We will absolutely assist you with recovering the secured folder and advise that, you can easily reset the security if you have enabled Reset with your Samsung account by following these steps:
1. Access the Secure Folder, and then enter what you think is your PIN, pattern, or password.
2. Once it prompts that the information is incorrect, tap Forgot.
3. Tap Reset on the pop-up, and sign in to your Samsung account.
4. You will then be prompted to set up your new security pin, password, or pattern.

Please note: If you did not activate Reset with Samsung account when you set your security method, you will not be able to recover access to your Secure Folder however you will be able to remove the Secure Folder, and set up a new one!
