Ok I have the QN65QN85DBF tv and if I press tv guide by pressing down on the channels button the tv guide shows "no information" unless I scroll through all the over the air channels first. It will show all the tv guide for tv plus without scrolling through those channels.
does anyone have a solution for this? I talked to support and they gave me no solution except to update the tv which it is up to date. They said maybe they will fix it in a later update.
I paid quite a bit of money for this new tv and it is irritating to have to scroll through all the over the air channels first to get the tv guide to work for those channels. The old Samsung tvs guide worked without a problem.
