Every time I go into my NavStar to customize my navigation buttons, it shuts me out. Then, I get error messages that pop up and say "Stickers Center is not responding", "NavStar is not responding". Now, it also says "Theme Park is not responding". This is really frustrating and my phone is brand new from thr Samsung website. I bought it in February of this year, 2026. I've spoken with live agents and did everything I was asked, and got advice from others, but nothing has worked. I thought when I got the new One UI 8.5 update that it would fix it, but NO.

You may have already tried this but if not, uninstall navstar and reinstall it. Also, make sure it is updated to the current version.

Yes, I already have tried that a few times. Everything is up to date, and I got the new One UI 8.5 update a few days ago.

Good Lock isn't part of the OS, but rather a side project. Give it a few days or a week or so and there will probably be some updates coming out.

I'm aware of that. This issue has been going on for almost 2 months. I had 2 system updates in that time span. I've also spoken with 3 different live agents. I just spoke with one last night and it was his suggestion that I post in here.
