For countries where the Record Calls feature is disabled, will we be able to use Call Transcript?

I'm hoping so since Call Notes on the Google Pixel is available to those in the US.

I was just speaking to a family member who has an iPhone, and tonight she realized that now the iPhones have a built-in call recording feature. She recorded our call and sent me the audio and it's very loud and clear on both sides of the conversation.

Does Samsung plan on coming out with this feature?

It's widely known that the hardware is compatible. Supposedly, Samsung has it disabled due to regulations for the wifi 7 (802.11be) but now technically is already working on wifi 8 which is pretty much the same as 802.11be with the exception of mmwave support. It would be wise for Samsung to enable the 801.11be wifi on ALL supported devices such as the S23 Ultra. Otherwise, what's the point in having the hardware? Unlocking 802.11be on the S23 Ultra for the OneUI 7.0 is perfect since the S25 should be announced by then. 

I'd love to use the full potential of my S23 Ultra on my Ausu GT-BE98 Pro and RT-BE88U routers.

I currently have S24 +, One UI 6.1, using Nova Launcher. Would it be worth getting 7.0 Beta? Would I lose use of Good Lock features?

I wonder will I be able to place the Apps wherever I want in the homescreen and will I be able to change app style color separately like iphone but more detail?

Why wouldn't you be able to arrange your home screen the way you want it? You can do that now and there would be no reason for that to change.
