Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
I've been an android user for over 10 years now and I've never had to use this app until I had until this new update absolutely ruined my experience. I couldn't see my notifications on my lock screen anymore, turn on my Bluetooth, or even turn of dark Mode without having to manually search for it. Never thought I'd have to do this!
What a wild update that's completely different and very much giving iPhone. I don't like the look it's not very aesthetic and looks a bit kiddish in my opinion. I'm not really into "bubble" icons.
Boycott Samsung. They cost me hours of frustrating time trying to use my phone that had worked perfectly until some moron at Samsung thought it was a good idea to change everything and tell nothing on how to simply turn the flashlight icon back on. YOU STINK SAMSUNG!!!! YOU lost me as a customer over this.
Software development used to be about making improvements and innovations. Now it's change for the sake of change.
It takes me more total clicks to just turn on my phone flashlight. Or toggle Bluetooth on/off. Or change my screen brightness (which I do often as I'm in/out of my house).
How in the **bleep** is this considered an advancement?
Not much to say. This update has single-handedly convinced me to never, ever get a Samsung phone again. Everything looks awful: the color palette I had was ruined and looks much worse now, my home widgets look dramatically worse, the settings screen looks worse, the pull-down menu is worse.
I don't know how many times I have to opt out before I get an option to just rip all of these stupid LLMs out of my phone. They're horrific for the environment and the content they generate is awful anyway, now you bind one to my side button which will get bumped a million times during the day?
I don't know what I'll get next, probably some generic android I can rip the default OS out of to replace it with something better. Regardless, One UI 7 has been very persuasive in pushing me from Samsung to truly, anything else.
You can already change the quick panel to Together and people were being overdramatic when One UI 1.0 first came out, the transition from Samsung Experience and then people adapted. One UI 7 needs some polishing though
