I have a lot of respect for Samsung, but I'm having trouble opening apps. When I try to access an app, it says game mode is on, turn on game mode before using the app, and when I click the settings button, nothing happens. The worst thing is when I go to the mode and routines section in settings, game mode is off. Please fix this problem!
