I am attempting to copy a podcast folder from my Windows 11 HP laptop to the Samsung Music app on my Galaxy phone. I've done it in the past by simply pasting the folder into the Music folder in my phone's internal storage.  However, this time it's not working. The folder has the little blue arrows on it that indicate syncing. The address bar keeps saying Connecting, Preparing to transfer, or Syncing, but it never does sync.  Yes, my phone is turned on, connected by USB, and set to Transferring files.  I tried using Samsung Flow, which I installed on both devices, but it said the transfer failed. What am I doing wrong here?

Success! I downloaded an app called Quick Share that moved my podcast into my  Samsung Music app, although it still doesn't appear in my phone's internal storage. Weird!

Have you gone to Settings>Security and privacy and temporarily disabled Autoblocker? This may be the reason your data transfer isn't working.

Thank you. I tried disabling everything there, but unfortunately it made no difference.

I don't see Autoblocker under the Privacy & Security setting. The strange thing is I've transferred files successfully in the past, but this time it's not working. Could it be my Antivirus software? I turned off the auto-protect and firewall, but it made no difference. The address bar keeps moving between syncing and preparing to transfer.
