A11 Plus Quick Panel Request

For the A11 Plusses and bases that don't have Gaussian blur, I kind of want the gray panel back. Keep the theming thing where it themes the whole entire panel depending on color pallete settings.

The gray panel just looks better than that pastel, wrong-colored 8.5 background.
