I was using my Galaxy tab s7 while charging, and when it was heated, it stopped charging suddenly. I've swapped the cable and my device can still connect to a computer (it shows me a notification), but can't charge. What do I do?
we understand the concern with the tablet not charging suddenly and would love to assist. It is strongly recommended to wait for your device to cool down before charging it again. If the problem still being persistent after the device has cooled, try charging with a different, compatible Samsung charger and USB cable. Also, please be aware that a damaged or incompatible charging cable can cause heat in the charger port.

It is recommended to turn off the tablet first, place it in a ventilated place to let it cool down completely for a period of time, and then change the socket to eliminate the power supply problem.
