I recently got a Tab A 9.7 (SM-T580) to replace an even older one and now every time I  turn it on I get this annoying "your music and documents will be deleted 7/2/23..." notification. I have already done the following:

1) Set ALL cloud notifications to silent and low priority -- no sound or visual interruption.

2) Downloaded my music, docs, etc. from Samsung Cloud using my PC months ago.

However, it STILL pops up and won't stop unless I tap on it. When I do, redirects to the restore data section of the app. I DO NOT want to restore my data! I already did that via Smart Switch. I want it to just go away and stop nagging me SEVERAL times a day! Thanks to the idiots  at Samsung, I am unable to disable the notifications for Cloud totally, they are greyed out and I am only able to set them to silent and either high, med, or low priority.

I don't think it's fair for Samsung to not let their customers disable a nag notification. I don't mind it popping up once in a while, but not EVERY SINGLE DAY, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!

It's seriously getting me to thinking that I might have to start looking into other brands of android tablets other than Samsung. I'm disappointed that after several years of using Samsung tablets and phones, which I've always liked how easy they worked with my Windows PC, that I am now having issues which I never did before.

Found the solution! I signed into my account at Samsung Privacy - My Data   on my PC and opened a personal data request under the Samsung Cloud section. After I did that and later downloaded the data, the notification stopped popping up when I turned on my tablet! 😊

However, there's a slight caveat with requesting your personal data, they will lock your Samsung account and sign you out of it on any & all  devices attached to your Samsung Account along with disabling auto backup to Samsung Cloud, which of course they DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT AT ALL. 🤬 I was lucky that it only took a few hours to "complete" my  data request, but I did see somewhere that some users who did this had their personal data request take days  to be completed. So think twice BEFORE  you do a data request because any important  data added to your devices after making the request will not  be backed up until Samsung completes your request.

same thing happening to me on my mobile. Very annoying and feels like you're going round in circles trying to fix it.

Same with me with my tablet and phone. The notice is non stop. Why is Samsung getting rid of the cloud space we have had now tells us to F.O.. time to use my space on the Google Cloud or Microsoft Cloud. A real disappointment regarding Samsung. 🤬 Samsung used to be much better all around including devices. Shameful. Like the lack of control of the notice they non stop.
