Green horizontal line across screen

All of a sudden I have a green horizontal area going across the top half of my tablet screen. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

Been seeing a lot of posts about this but the only fix is to get them to fix it if it's under warranty or it's up to you if it's not.
