Hey ball1976!
We understand how concerning and frustrating it can be when your tablet feels unusually warm, and we appreciate you reaching out about this.
All Galaxy devices, including phones, tablets, smartwatches, and earbuds are designed to operate within a specific temperature range. Itโs normal for a device to feel warm during certain activities, such as charging or extended use, and this typically does not impact its performance or lifespan. However, if the device becomes excessively warm, it may lead to issues that need attention. We recommend reviewing the information in the following support article for helpful guidance:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002887/
Furthermore, if your Tab A11+ is getting too warm to touch, repairs would be recommended in order to have the technicians evaluate the device. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service or by contacting customer
support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
