Hello, I just bought the S Pen Creator Edition and found that it writes without touching the screen of my Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra 5G.
I just hold the s pen over the screen an inch away from it and it writes like if i touch the screen, but i'm not.
I tried to replace the tip but it doesn't helps. It writes without touching the screen even without the tip.
I removed the tip and I can still write just by hovering the pen over the display.
And the closer I bring the pen to the screen without touching it, the thicker the line gets.
That is, the thickness of the line changes not by pressing the pen tip, but just by bringing the pen closer to the screen.
Is this a software bug or a stylus malfunction?
It's pricey and it's sad to find it broken.
I have a regular S Pen and it works properly.
