I just updated my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ from Verizon and now I am no longer seeing any widgets available from my work profile that is managed by Microsoft inTune, and my existing Outlook Calendar widget disappeared. This was working for years and broke directly after the update, so I do not believe this is a policy issue on the inTune side of things. I really rely on the Outlook Calendar widget, so this is a rather big problem for me. I have specifically checked for further updates (none available) and resynced my device policies using the Company Portal app and rebooted. I am specifically making sure the work profile is active by accessing Outlook before trying to add the widget. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
@JasBlackthorne Have you reached out to your IT department? This definitely could be something setup via MDM (mobile device management) which didn't happen before because the previous OS didn't support those controls. OR it could be that your IT department needs to reconfigure the MDM settings for your device to work properly with the new OS.
