My brand new WA5CG7150AD Petcare washer is not doing a great job with water temperature. When I use the normal setting with the temp to the highest setting, the water in the tub is always ice cold. The same is true for heavy duty and pet care. The only time the washer has a tub of hot water is on the white setting.
I thought I had a bad washer or temp sensing unit so I had the washer replaced. The new one was delivered today and is having the same issue.
