Screen damages are almost impossible to prove that damage is not done by user and this is why almost all manufacturers deny screen warranty. For this reason, i always take Care +.

Samsung messages on Verizon don't work for more then a year, rcs. Carriers don't want to support rcs anymore on Samsung messages.

Complain to carriers. I had to stop using Samsung messages last year in January because Verizon decided to stop supporting RCS. Now rest of the USA carriers doing the same,and Samsung has no choice

Hard reset,using power button and volume down ( or up, can't remember). You will loose everything on your phone

Did you try to reset pin? Smart Remote (No number pad): Turn on the TV, press the Volume button (press in), then: + (Up) -> Return -> - (Down) -> Return -> + (Up) -> Return. This should rest pin to 0000

Pointless, carriers are the ones that are stopping support for rcs in Samsung messages. Verizon stopped last year, I had to switch to Google back then

Do your research, carriers are shutting down rcs server and Samsung messages use carrier rcs servers. Google has its own rcs servers and this is why Google massage are now default in Samsung phone.

It will not reconsider, carriers will not support Samsung massages so Samsung can't do anything about it.
