A Series & Other Mobile

I have an A13 5G on Tracfone and when people leave a voicemail, I get an error message saying that visual voicemail does not work and I can't access the voicemail. I DON'T want visual voicemail, but can't find where to turn it off.

Contact your carrier. Your voicemail is not provided nor managed by Samsung. It is a carrier specific feature.
