I suspect my privacy is comprised since I last acquired a new device. Calls conversations and messages are out in the open. How can I detect if my phone is comprised

Signs that your phone may be compromised include unfamiliar apps appearing, rapid battery drain, unexpected (invasive) pop-ups, and unusual data usage. Additionally, if your phone is running slowly or you notice strange behavior like apps opening on their own, these could indicate a security issue. If you are receiving account sign in verification codes, or " Is this you trying to sign in?" And it's not actually you trying to sign in, then that's a security threat. You would then want to change all your account passwords immediately.

What specifically are you experiencing that leads you to believe your device is compromised?

What do you mean by "my device keeps sharing files?"

You can check for general threats to your device by visiting Settings > Security and privacy and scanning your device for threats.
